More than 20 years ago, Don Lane joined Droder & Miller, an agile business and personal services law firm in the region.
Don provides guidance for start-up and small businesses; estate planning, wills, probate and related tax questions for individuals; health care; personal injury actions; civil litigation and insurance industry defense and coverage work.
One of the cornerstones of Don’s practice is helping individuals and families plan for elder years or the end of life through estate planning and probate work. Don is also poised to help non-traditional families who face a myriad of rapidly changing legal challenges through estate planning for them as well.
During his career, Don has also develped a background in litigation, which supports his estate planning and small business practice. Should clients find it necessary to go to court, Don has the necessary skills to do so.
He was admitted to the bar and practice of law in Ohio in 1987. Don was admitted the same year to the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio. He is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cincinnati Bar Association Estate Planning, Elder Law and Grievance Committees.
Don is an active member of the Cincinnati Bar Association and serves on its Estate Planning, Probate and Grievance Committees.
